fantastic family fun!

ahmed houssain and mohamed mahmoud are caring and helpful around the pool. the hotel offers great activities for all ages. everything seems designed for families with young children, teenagers, and adults. i felt relaxed knowing my family was well looked after.

the main aqua park pools were cold. only a couple of pools for young kids were heated which was a huge letdown. it would have been great to have more heated options available during the cooler months. this definitely impacted our enjoyment of the water park facilities

the family room includes comfortable beds with clean linen and well-kept furniture. the air conditioning works efficiently, maintaining a comfortable room temperature. there are two sinks and a rainfall shower in the bathroom.

the staff was very polite and helpful. they always tried their best to assist with any requests.

the food was quite repetitive. i found that many dishes tasted similar, regardless of the restaurant. the entertainment was also lacking. there were limited activities and the evening shows were not very engaging so we spent the majority of our time outside the complex.

i found the facilities excellent the waterslides and pools were a hit with everyone. the staff were always available they addressed all my needs. there was a good selection of food with variety each day. i especially appreciated the gym and fitness facilities.

the shop owners were a bit too pushy it was hard to browse without constant sales pitches.
